MiGoals Guide: Weekly SpreadWelcome to our tour of the Weekly Spread by MiGoals. If our Insta DMs are anything to go by, the variety of MiGoals options can be a little overwhelming. So we've spent the past few weeks getting our heads around the options, snapping photographs and creating this ever-so-handy guide to what's what when it comes to MiGoals.
In our definitive guides, we're taking you through the four inside formats: Goal Digger, Weekly Spread, Weekly Notes and, this year's new addition, the Goal Digger Daily. We hope it helps you find the best companion for your 2022. Now let's explore the Weekly Spread format.
Who is it for?
If you're new to goal setting planners, this is a great place to start. Each week is laid out in a conventional Monday-Sunday format with a decent space for setting yourself goals, like keeping good habits. It has plenty of the productivity and goal features of the Goal Digger but it's A5 size and slimmer profile mean it's much more portable.
It's A5 in size. Classic.
The cover is a PU leather - aka faux. It comes in a bold or classic design.
Classic is blind debossed (i.e. an impression with no ink or foil) with '2022' to the front and spine. It's small and very subtle.
Bold has large, shiny letters emblazoned on the cover. It reads 'Get Shit Done'.
Classic comes in Teal, Navy, Pink, Black, Sky Blue or Clay.
Sky Blue and Clay are new for this year.
Bold comes in one design; black with gold lettering.

The inside pages are 100gsm. There are 224 pages in total. The design of the diary section is weekly, spread over two pages. It includes a habit tracker and focus check-ins.
It looks like this:
You'll find these features inside:
- Sections for purpose and vision planning
- Six short term goal setting templates
- Four long term goal setting templates
- Quarterly reviews section to track your progress
- Week to two-page diary spread with habits tracker
