Next Day Delivery Cut Off
Order by 12pm and your parcel will be with you the next working day. Our courier, DPD, is currently delivering parcels to UK mainland within their usual timeframe. If you place your order Monday-Friday it will leave us that day and arrive with you the next working day. Give us a call on 01273 696769 if you miss our 12pm cut off and need your order the next day - we'll always do our best to prioritise it.
Tracked shipping to UK mainland is free when you spend £30 or we charge £4 for anything below the £30 threshold. We subsidise our shipping costs to keep them as low as possible and we don't charge you for packaging. We ship our parcels with DPD using a tracked and signed for service. DPD will send you a text message with details of your delivery and your parcel's progress can be tracked through this link. They're reliable and fast.
International Shipping and Customs Charges
Now that Brexit has happened, you may be charged customs duties when your goods arrive in your country and you are fully responsible for paying these charges. These can be expensive. We love our EU customers and don't want to lose you, and so we advise that you check what these charges are likely to be before placing your order. You can do this by using your country's customs calculator which should be available on their import website, likely in the section called 'Brexit sucks'.
If you don't pay a customs bill, the parcel will eventually be returned to us by the border. In this instance, if the items arrive with us in saleable condition, we'll refund the cost of the goods in full. Unfortunately, it would be unsustainable for us to refund the shipping charges too so please, please, please do your research on the customs to avoid unwanted surprises.
