We’re bringing back our usual favourites for the academic year. We’ve tested them out ourselves, and they’ve gathered a bit of a cult following, and we get it. It’s not just the layout, though that’s high on our list. It’s the paper, the feel, the story behind it. The whole shabang. And who can resist the new colourways each year? New This Year: Our Own Brand Academic Diaries
Last September we released our first dated diaries for 2025. They were snapped up. The reviews were glowing. So we’re expanding the collection and launching mid year diaries this June. We finally launched our very own Papersmiths academic diaries. We meant to release them last year, but perfection takes time. We wanted to get every detail right, and we’re confident now that we have.
Papersmiths Academic Diaries
From choosing the best binding techniques, ribbon styles and cover materials, to selecting the finest paper quality, ensuring durability, and perfecting the internal layouts. We've launched an academic diary in four fantastic colourways. It's been worth the wait. They're designed from scratch by Sidonie, the Papersmiths founder and exclusive to us.
Some specs about the new Papersmiths academic diary are the compact weekly spread, Each contains 12 months of planning, ideal for students, teachers and anyone who prefers to get organised from summer to summer. It’s lightweight, A5 and bag-friendly, easy to carry from lectures to libraries to cafés.
Inside you’ll find weekly task lists and habit trackers. Plus monthly overviews and dot grid pages for notes. All the tools you need to stay on top of your studies, your schedule, and your goals.
Made in the same British book bindery as our Clifton notebooks, it features water-resistant linen bookcloth, sourced in the UK, and beautifully smooth 100gsm paper.

A Journal Academic Diaries
Back with new formats this year, including one for teachers. We love their hardcover designs, and the playful squiggle print that reminds us of our signature squiggles and our fav’ worm tape by Susie. Sizes include A4 and A5, both perfect desk companions.
Although titled as school planners, These diaries are versatile enough to cater to any lifestyle. If you're an adventurer always seeking new experiences, these diaries are jam-packed with handy checklists for any accomplishments throughout the year.
